What a natural match up!!! Ripe Meyer lemons are crushed during our milling process- the result is a citrus BURST to a creamy, buttery olive oil. The juices must be removed so don't expect lemonade flavors here! The citrus notes stand up well without totally overpowering the subtle olive tastes. Waiting to the peak of ripeness prevents a bitter acid taste which some oils may have. Use it on fish, chicken, to sauté fresh vegetables, or even as a drizzler over a Caesar salad to wake it up!
